Artichoke Festival: Pork Stuffed Artichokes w/ Lemon Sauce: Aroma Cucina

A terrific finale to our week long 'choke festival: Stuffed artichokes! This is a great recipe that can easily be adapted for lamb or beef or chicken. Our festa is over and I'm getting all 'choked up...sorry, couldn't resist.
